Wizard of Oz

This was a project for my SEQA Senior Project class! The purpose of this project was to focus on character acting, composition, and overall time management.

The goal for this project was an 8 page comic (cover included) with four pages pencilled and inked digitally, and then four pages pencilled and inked traditionally. All coloring was done digitally!

The reason why I chose the Wizard of Oz (book version) was because the Wizard of Oz was the first piece of media I ever consumed as a kid, and it fueled my creativity and is the reason why I wanted to pursue a career in the creative field.

The goal of this was also to do the first four pages in black and white with tones, and then have the last few pages be where Dorothy opens the door and BOOM! Color.
